Beef Stroganoff recipe

Want a good beef stroganoff recipe?
Although it's originatly from Russia,
beef Stroganoff also became one of
the most popular dishes in North America,
Australia, Scandinavia, Brazil and China.

If you want to know how it's like,
try our recipe below as it's very very
easy and you could have this typical
russia dish in no time.

Beef Stroganoff recipe


  • 200g beef steak, slices (any tender parts)
  • 20g butter
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 50g of button mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 100ml sour cream
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste



1 Melt the butter in the deep frying pan,
then stir in onion slices and mushroom.
Fry until they're soften then set aside.

2 Heat up the oil in the same pan then
stir in the beef and fry until it's half cooked.

3 Add onion, mushroom and sour cream.
Bring to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer
for about 1-2 minute or until it's thicken.

4 Season with salt and pepper,
sprinkle with some chopped parsley.

Serve with steam rice.
