abalone recipe from New Zealand.
Trust me, It's by far one of the most
yummiest ways to cook abalone and
it's very very easy to make as well.
Serve it with hot steam rice and you'd
have a perfectly nice meal for yourself.
- 1 fresh abalone removed shell, gutted
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Cover an abalone with the clean clock
and roughly beat it with hammer.
Melt the butter on the pan, fry the
abalone on both side for 1 minute each.
Add the cream,salt and continue cooking
for 2 more minutes. Turn onto the dish.
Serve together with mash potato
or steam rice
