I personally love the aroma of
the butter and gallic with a little
touch of fresh parsley. This dish
is simple but just perfect.
It's also very very easy to make and
great for any party as an appetizer.

Butter & garlic baked Mussels
- 1 kg of mussels
- ½ cup of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 200 g of grated mozzarella
- 2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Clean the mussel in running cold water
and remove the beards.
Steam the mussels for 4-6 minutes until they are opened.
Remove one shell of each mussels.
Mix the melted butter with chopped garlic
and parsley. Spoon the mixture onto each shell.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella on to them.
Pre heat the oven at 160ˇăC. Bake the mussels
for 8-10 minute. Serve as an appetizer.
