Pork kimchi recipe

An easy and fantastic pork dish

this will suit you perfectly. Kimchi is well know for it's unique taste
and healthy nutrition.

Kim chi pork

Ingredients
  • 150g of sliced pork
  • 100g of Kimchi
  • 1 tablespoon of kojujang ( Korean chili paste )
  • 1 teaspoon of Korean pepper powder
  • A handful of chopped cabbage
  • Half Bell pepper, Diced
  • 2 tablespoon of chopped spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon of Japanese soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seed
  • 4 tablespoon of water
Directions

1 Heat up the oil in the pan, Stir in the pork.
Fry it for a while then add Kojujang, bell pepper
and spring onion.

2 Pour water in then add Cabbage and cook for a while,
Stir in the kimchi, pepper powder, Soy sauce
and sugar.

3 Add sesame oil and sesame seed,Turn down the heat
Cover and let it simmer for few minutes.

Turn on to the dish, serve hot with steam rice or noodle

Serve 2
