Kimchi soup

You'd love this kimchi soup recipe. It's an easy kimchi dish.
Either to have it as a soup or have it together with steam rice,
It's simple and also tasty meal suitable for a cold winter night.
Cook it and share it with someone you love.

kimchi pork soup

Ingredients
  • 100g of sliced pork belly or bacon
  • 100g of Korean pickle ( kimchi )
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of korean pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon of korean chili paste (kojujang)
  • 1 springonion cut into 1 inch each
  • 1 tofu diced ( quite big )
  • 1 tablespoon of japanese soy sauce
  • 2 cup of water
  • Sesame oil
Directions

1 Fry the pork belly with sesame oil, Add kojujang and garlic.
Continue frying until the pork is quite cooked.

2 Add the water, Bring to boil and add all the rest of the ingredients.

3 Lower the heat and simmer the stew for around 5 more minutes.

serve together with hot steam rice

Serve 2
