People are always getting sick during the year, but even more often when the weather gets cold and rainy. The number of colds and flu that get reported goes up. Switch to disposable things when someone in your everyday life gets sick. Paper cups, plates, and plastic utensils being used is a good idea, when sickness hits the family. When you use disposable dishes and utensils, which can be recycled, the spread of germs can be stopped. Wash Your Hands Often
You need to wash your hands often. People touch a lot of things, without even thinking how many other people have touched the same thing. Now think about how many of those people are fighting an illness of some sort. That’s pretty gross, right? Every area of health, mental, emotional and physical are all affected adversely by stress. When you feel too much stress, your body has a harder time fighting off illnesses. Stress is the source of many illnesses, and it could also be the reason that the illnesses won’t go away. Everyone needs some time alone to recharge the batteries, to be able to deal with the stresses of life. Your health will improve as you deal positively with your stress.
You can get over a sickness more quickly, and with less suffering, by doing a lot of things when you get sick. If people could only remember how miserable they were when they were sick, they might think more about prevention.
