Heat up the oil in the pan, add salt and Place the
shrimps into the pan. Brown both sides
Stir in the onion, Cook it for around a minute then
add bell pepper. Continue stirring un til the Peper
is soft then lower the heat.
mix the coconut cream, curry powder, Lemon juice,
soy sauce and sugar in small bowl.
Turn up the heat and pour in the sauce onto the
shrimps, add spring onions and stir fry them quickly.
Turn on to the dish, serve hot with steam rice.
