Teriyaki is a Japanese cooking medthod
ofgrilling and broiling in a sweet soy sauce.
It's one of the most famous Japanese food
dishes though out the world. With our easy
and yummy recipe, you are set to cook and
have it in no time.
Easy teriyaki chicken
- 5 boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch wide stripe
- 5 tablespoons of Japanese soy sauce
- 1/4 of salt
- 5 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice
- 2 sterms of spring onions, cut into 1 inche pieces
- bamboo skewers
Make the sauce by combining soy sauce, salt, honey,
sesame oil, sesame seeds and orange juice together.
Marinate the chicken with the sauce for about 20-30 minutes
(the longer it stays on the better the taste will be absorbed)
Skew the springonion the follow by the chicken. Continue
to use up all the ingredients
Grill the chicken sticks on the chacoal griller,
bbq place or on the pan. Brush the sauce on top
of the chicken sticks and turnover ocationally .
Do this for 3-4 times for both sides until chicken is cooked.
Turn to the dish and enjoy!
